Upon notification that scholarships have been awarded, scholars must report to the Scholarships and Advanced Training Division. Those who intend to accept the scholarship must bring the following documents and information:

1. Scholarship Award letter;
2. Letter of Acceptance from University;
3. Accreditation letter from the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (ACTT) - Algico Building, 91 - 93 St. Vincent Street, Port of Spain, tel: 623-2500/ 5282/ 8389/ 8620 (not applicable for students studying at the University of the West Indies);
4. Birth Certificate with copy;
5. Copy of pages 1 and 32 of the Passport;
6. Letter from Scholar accepting award of scholarship (Letter should include the NAME and ADDRESS on whom a writ of summons may be served and CONTACT NUMBERS);
7. Acceptance letter from 'Writ of Summons' nominee and copy of his/ her Driver's Permit/ Identification Card;
8. Bank Account information

Please note that those scholars who will not be accepting the scholarship award are kindly asked to provide a written refusal of the scholarship addressed to:
